Roger is Founder and Director of the Take-Back America Campaign, Chairman and prior Executive Director of the Coalition for A Drug-Free California. He is author of two books published on digital sites Amazon Kindle and Barnes & Noble’s Nook, called MARIJUANA: Brain Damage. Birth Defects. Addiction and SOROS. The Drug Lord. Pricking the Bubble of American Supremacy.
Roger is also CEO of Steelheart International LLC, a company engaged in international business development, and has been an independent businessman in California for 30 years. Formerly, he was VP of Volvo of America and CEO of Volvo Penta of America from 1973-1979; and engaged in sales, marketing and dealer administration with Caterpillar Tractor Company and Caterpillar Overseas from 1964-1973. He is a graduate of Washburn High School in Minneapolis (1956), holds a BA of Business from Colorado College (1963) and BA of Foreign Trade from The Thunderbird Graduate School of Global Management (1964). He was Founding Chairman of the Coronado SAFE Foundation (1997), a non-profit dealing with drug prevention; prior Board Member of the San Diego Prevention Coalition; member of the National Coalition for Student Drug Testing, and Special Advisor to the Golden Rule Society in Coronado. His passion for drug prevention stems from two step-children who became drug addicted at age 12 and 14 roughly 30 years ago, and two nephews who died from drug related causes. He is a Rotarian; a veteran; charter member of the Coronado Community Church; has two adult children, three grandchildren; and currently lives in Lincoln, Ca.
Debbie is Administer of the 21 Drug-Free Challenge for all of Placer County, California, and Administrative Assistant to Roger Morgan. She has been engaged with the Coalition for a Drug-Free California for the past four years,
and well versed on the program and the need for it to keep young people safe and drug-free.
Kimberly Hartke is the PR Director of Stop Pot 2016. She supervises media relations, government relations and social media efforts for the campaign. Her blog, Hartkeisonline.com is devoted to health and wellness. Kimberly also represents The Other Side of Cannabis: Negative Effects of Marijuana on Our Youth, a documentary film exposing the dangers of teen marijuana use and Parents Opposed to Pot, a nationwide campaign busting the myths perpetuated by the marijuana industry.

Enzo Rios is Stop Pot 2016’s Social Media Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from George Mason University. While an undergraduate, he was heavily involved in the school’s PRSSA chapter and volunteered at multiple chapter events. Enzo is in charge of making sure all the social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter) are up to date with engaging, shareable content. He believes that a strong social media effort is the best way to communicate a message to a large audience and create buzz around a product or campaign. Bishop Allen is a vital figure in the Faith Based Community. His teaching and leadership style stirs the concerns and sparks the consciousness of the entire profession and the Sacramento Community. His charismatic leadership inspires men and women young and old in the greater Sacramento area to fulfill their dreams and goals. This devotion gave Bishop Allen the inspiration to found the International Faith Based Coalition.

1984 Dr. Allen Pastor his first church at the age of 26 until late1989.
1994 Dr Allen Pastor the Church his father Pastor and built. Pastor until 1999.
2000 Dr Allen founded the Alcohol and Addict Ministry 5 step of deliverance.
He stayed until the program was turned over to his brother in-law in 2002
2004 Dr. Allen saw a need to feed the homeless. He then founded Lord of the Harvest Feeding Ministry 501c-3. Through Dr. Allen’s on-going efforts this ministry has fed thousands to this day.
2005 Dr.Allen was approached by 6 families and asked to organize a church. Out of this meeting, Dr Allen founded the Bible Believers Ministry a 501c3. Pastor for three strong years, until 2008.
2008 Dr. Allen is the Dean and the International Representative of the very theological seminary and College he attended.
2008 Dr. Allen was approached by the National Guard to help implement their Drug Demand Reduction programs in to the Communities, Dr. Allen Understood that the best way to get to the Community was through the Faith Based Organizations. Dr. Allen Then Founded the International Faith Based Coalition which consist of all religions and has over 4100 Faith based Facilities involved.
2008 Because of Dr. Allen Faithfulness and leadership Bishop, Dr.Blouin, saw a need to consecrate Dr. Allen as a Bishop of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
2008 Dr. Allen was called to Pastor a historic church Greater Solomon Community Church in the underserved area of Oak Park, and he is the pastor to this day.
2009 Dr Allen was a speaker at the 40 world congress on Drug Addiction and signed a declaration for the United State Of American, in Mexico City, Mexico.
2009- Present. Dr.Allen has led the Faith Based Organizations in the fight against the legalization of Marijuana, along with their partners California For Drug Free Youth(CADFY) And The (HIDTA) High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas ,in the State of California alongside many law enforcement agencies.
Dr.Allen has led rallies on the State Capitol in Sacramento and has organized the Faith Based Community in many cities to fight the legalization of Marijuana.
2010 Dr. Allen had the privilege to travel to Washington D.C. and talk about his love and ideals For Drug Prevention
Dr.Allen is privileged to have the opportunity to serve with two of the greatest organizations in the world, when it comes to Drug Prevention and law enforcement: California for a Drug Free Youth (CADFY) and California Border Alliance Group (CBAG) San Diego California.
